Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your Referral Booster subscription, how refunds work, and the terms of our money-back guarantee. It applies to Canada customers and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@referralbooster.ca. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. You keep access until that date.

2. How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. To request a refund, contact us at hello@referralbooster.ca; you may also receive a Paddle receipt with billing-support options.

3. Standard refunds

Except where the money-back guarantee or applicable law provides otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the portion of a term already served, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. We review refund requests in good faith and will always honour the rights described below and any non-waivable rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.

4. The money-back guarantee

We stand behind the Service with a 90-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results within that window, tell us and we will refund the subscription fees you paid us. The guarantee applies to every plan. If your account was created under a promotional or referral offer that states a longer guarantee window, the window stated in that offer applies to your account instead.

The guarantee window is measured from the day your free trial starts, not from your first payment. For an account on the standard 90-day guarantee, that means the window runs out90 days after your trial began, whether or not you have yet been charged. It is not extended by the length of your trial.

How to request it

Email refunds@referralbooster.ca any time within your guarantee window and ask for the guarantee refund. That is all: no eligibility checklist and no usage minimums.

What it covers

The guarantee covers the subscription fees you paid us for the Service. It does not cover rewards or amounts you chose to pay your own customers, taxes, or third-party charges.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer-protection law. Where such law gives you a right to a refund or cancellation that is more favourable than this policy, that law applies.
