How we build
Four principles.
Not slogans. The criteria a feature has to pass before it ships.
We built it inside the work.
Every text, every reward rule, every dashboard ran first inside a real home-service company before it shipped to anyone else. We use the same tool we sell.
Owners come first.
We design for the owner reading the dashboard at 11pm. If a feature can't be acted on the next morning at the dispatch board, it doesn't ship.
Word of mouth should be measurable.
It's the most valuable channel a service business has. It's also been the least understood. We built one product that fixes that, all the way to the invoice getting paid.
We don't quote numbers we can't back up.
If something is still being figured out, we say so. The product works. The size of the lift depends on you — your reward, your customer base, how clean your data is. Honest beats hyped.

The product is running in production today. It connects to the field-service software you already use, reads your customers and invoices, and works the moments your team doesn’t have bandwidth for: the friendly post-job text, the inbound call from a referred friend, the reward that fires when an invoice clears.
